Method
- Preheat oven to 375℉ and line a half sheet pan (18×13) with parchment paper
- Melt butter on the stove in a large sauce pan
- Add flour, sugar, and salt (don't over mix)
- Press base into into lined sheet pan, bake 10-12 minutes
- Mix filling ingredients in a large bowl and spread over topping (do not press)
- Combine melted butter, flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt (should be crumbly)
- Sprinkle evenly over strawberries
- Bake 35-45 minutes until center is bubbling and top is golden
- Cool at least 20-30 minutes before serving-Can add whipped cream or ice cream if desired
