Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉. Prepare a 9×13 with parchment or great well
- In a medium sauce pan, melt butter and peanut butter together
- Remove from heat and add brown sugar until smooth. Let cool for 5 minutes
- Mix in eggs and vanilla
- Immediately stir in flour and salt until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped peanut butter cups
- Spread into prepared pan and top with extra peanut butter cup pieces if desired
- Bake 26-32 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is just set. Don't overbake
- Let cool before cutting into bars
