- Whisk together the brown sugar and oil until smooth
- Add eggs and vanilla and whisk vigorously for 1-2 minutes

- Fold in flour until just combined
- Stir in 1½ cups of chocolate chips if using
- Spread evenly into prepared sheet pan
- Bake for 26-30 minutes until center is just set. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining ¾ cups chocolate chips. Cool completely before slicing
