- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a sheet pan (18" x 13") with parchment
- In a very large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugars until glossy
- Add eggs and vanilla. Whisk until smooth and fully combined
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt
- Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until almost combined
- Fold in oats and butterscotch chips
- Spread dough evenly into prepared pan
- Bake for 20-26 minutes (start checking at 20 minutes). Edges should be golden and center just set
- Cool bars completely before slicing
